Terms of Service

1. The Service

We provide a software platform that enables restaurants to manage inventory, record stock counts, log and place supplier orders, and interact with inventory data using an AI voice agent.

2. Eligibility and Authority

You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to enter into these Terms on behalf of a business entity.

3. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials
• Ensuring all information provided is accurate
• All activity conducted through your account

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

4. Use of the AI Voice Agent

The AI voice agent is provided to assist with operational tasks.

You acknowledge that:

• Voice recognition and transcription may not be error free
• You are responsible for verifying inventory levels and orders
• Actions taken by the agent rely on user provided input and confirmations

We do not guarantee the accuracy of voice generated outputs.

5. Customer Data

You retain ownership of all data you input into the service.

You grant us a non exclusive, limited licence to process and store customer data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the service.

6. Acceptable Use

You must not:

• Use the service in violation of applicable laws
• Access or attempt to access other users' data
• Interfere with the operation or security of the service
• Reverse engineer or misuse the platform

7. Third Party Services

The service integrates with third party providers including ElevenLabs.

We are not responsible for third party services, including outages, errors, or changes to functionality.

8. Availability and Modifications

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the service.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service, with or without notice, where reasonably necessary.

9. Fees and Payment

Where the service is subject to fees:

• Fees are payable as agreed at signup
• Fees are non refundable except where required by law
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We exclude liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses
• Our total aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from:

• Misuse of the service
• Violation of these Terms
• Unlawful or unauthorised use of the AI voice agent

12. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access if:

• These Terms are breached
• The service is misused
• Required by law or regulation

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
